We are sorry but we have to advise you of extended conditions regarding smoking and pets but this has become necessary due to a very small number of inconsiderate people we have had stay at Glenview Cottage.

Smoking
Along with all enclosed public spaces in Scotland, smoking is strictly not allowed in Glenview Cottage.
Smoking in Glenview Cottage grounds is allowed, as long as smoke is not allowed to enter Glenview Cottage.
If smoking in Glenview Cottage grounds, care must be taken to avoid fire and littering.

Pets
We only allow one pet, details must be disclosed at the time of booking. Additional and/or undisclosed pets arriving with owners, will only be allowed into Glenview Cottage at our discretion.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture, even if the furniture is covered, or in the bathroom or bedrooms as we have to respect future guests who may have an allergy.
Each pet must be kept on a lead when on Glenview Cottage grounds and exercised outside Glenview Cottage grounds.
Under no circumstances must pets be left unattended in Glenview Cottage.
Please be aware that it is illegal in Scotland not to clear up after your pet.

We respectfully suggest that you bring a suitable enclosure for the night use of your pets as just confining them to the lounge or the hallway is not acceptable.
We reserve the right to charge, at our discretion, for any damage caused by any pet.
Failure to observe either of the smoking or pets clauses above may result in you being asked to prematurely terminate your stay with us.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By submitting your deposit and the Booking Form, you are agreeing to each and every aspect of the Terms and Conditions above.
